Bebe Phone, the phone accessories store that has over 100 shops across Thailand is looking for a passionate Marketer to join the team. This role involves creating innovative marketing strategies and managing comprehensive campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creative problem-solving. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is essential for delivering impactful marketing solutions that align with the company’s vision and business objectives. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for Bebe Phone shop both online and offline. - Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer needs to develop targeted campaigns. - Create and manage marketing campaigns that build awareness of Bebe Phone and drive customers to store. - Analyze and track campaign performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. - Manage the marketing budget and track spending to ensure alignment with plans. - Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop marketing materials such as instore catalogs, brochures, and online content. - Prepare marketing reports and present performance results to management. - Support other assigned projects to assist the team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in communication and campaign management.
Knowledge of online and offline marketing tools and strategies.
Strong analytical skills and budget management capabilities.
Able to work collaboratively in a team, strong skill in managing multiple stakeholders.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique/out of box marketing campaigns.
