•Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, candidate screening & interview, candidate database management through offering negotiation.
•Work closely with assigned BU(s) to ensure thorough understanding of business requirements which leads to attracting the right talents.
•Participate in both internal and external job fairs to promote employer branding and secure appropriate talents for The Mall Group.
•Ensure achievement of KPIs/ SLA.
Data Management & Administration
•Manage and maintain the Recruitment database, ensure data accuracy while consolidating information from multiple recruitment channel.
•Generate accurate and timely reports to support HR decision-making.
•Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations.
•Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling for workforce planning.
•Assist to prepare document for WP & Non-B VISA with agent.
