รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Perform scheduled service maintenance to address wear and tear and keep machines in optimal condition.
- Create work instruction, Total Productive Maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as equipment suppliers and contractors, to support production goals.
- Provide training to machine operators on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Stay updated on technological advancements in machine maintenance and apply relevant innovations.
- 5S and Safety work.
- Observe safety, cleanroom, and ESD protocols
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, (Preferred) .
- 1-3 years Work experiences in Funtional test.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance or a similar role
- Knowledge of electronic circuit, Optical fibers and connectors, Passive optical components.
- Experience in basic knowledge in programing language.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Able to read technical drawings.
- Familiar with cleanroom and ESD protocols.
- Posses strong Interpersonal and Teamwork skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.
- General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Must be able to work shift.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
