รายละเอียดงาน
•Review and assess customer requests for new product
development, clarifying technical, quality, scheduling, or cost-
related aspects as needed.
•Coordinate sourcing of components and stones by providing
specifications to the procurement team.
•Participate in project kick-off meetings, integrating feedback
from technical teams and proposing alternatives to mitigate
risks.
•Oversee 3D modeling, ensuring alignment with initial designs
and customer requirements.
•Estimate pricing.
•Plan prototyping milestones and communicate deadlines,
considering production processes and material availability.
•Create and define Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing
routing.
•Monitor prototype progress, troubleshooting and proactively
addressing any potential delays and keeping customers
informed.
•Ensure data accuracy updating BOMs, informations related to
the product (references, weight ect…)production processes,
and pricing in the system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Technical background in jewelry manufacturing, product development, or mechanical engineering.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical constraints and customer expectations.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing timelines, costs, and quality requirements
- Fluency in English to ensure clear and independent communication with customers. French is a plus.
