รายละเอียดงานRoles and Responsibilities:
1.Monitor market trends, analyze sales opportunities, and seek new business from existing and prospective clients.
2.Manage and drive sales to meet company targets, ensuring all sales activities align with the company’s plans and policies.
3.Supervise and lead the sales team to perform according to company strategy and policies.
4.Review and analyze weekly sales forecasts to support efficient production and delivery planning.
5.Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company systems and standards.
6.Prepare annual sales budgets and departmental expense plans.
7.Control departmental spending according to the approved budget.
8.Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Planning, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
9.Participate in company activities and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
10.Adhere to and support the implementation of company standards such as GMP, BRC, HACCP, ISO, and corporate regulations.
11.Ensure the sales team achieves corporate KPIs, departmental KPIs, and individual KPIs.
