Work on automation systems to develop new applications and solutions. Troubleshoot and maintain the existing automation control systems according to company automation roadmap.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in in equipment design and automation utilizing HVLM and LVHM technologies.
  2. Proven experience of automation and control methods; Motor/position control, PLC, HMI, vision inspection/detection and specially Robotics automation
  3. Knowledge of standard design software such as: Pro/E or Solidworks, AutoCAD, Catia.
  4. Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
  5. Experience with tooling and equipment design/manufacture and process FMEA
  6. Ability to work under pressure and show good performance
  7. Good technical, mechanical engineering, physics and mathematics background
  8. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Good command of English

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS -Implement & deliver process and machine automation engineering, familiar with assembly solutions, Production lines and work on latest technologies, -Be familiar and have experience to work on new control systems. -Have good skill to troubleshoot existing automation systems -Working experience on SCADA, PLC, HMI systems -Program Standard, non-standard Robots and troubleshoot existing -Design standard, non-standard robotics automation solutions -Design robotics fixtures, jigs and other mechanical automation parts -Create, maintain and troubleshoot automation database systems. -Cost control according to budget guidelines. -Maintain machines, and production lines automation equipment and control systems. -Work with different venders to solve problems -Manage automation projects and execute projects within timeline. -Comply with environmental, occupational health, safety and security policies and procedures as specified by the Company
