รายละเอียดงาน
- Contact and propose sales (offer factory space for rent).
- Meet with clients, measure site areas, follow up on tasks, and close sales.
- Coordinate sales with relevant departments.
- Maintain existing customer base and acquire new customers.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
** Commission: 20% of sales or rental value (paid once upon successful completion of sale/rental agreement)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in sales of property, warehouses, or other related fields.
- Ability to find new customers.
- Good connections within similar business groups.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday.
- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work at the Laem Chabang office.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
