Business: Manufactures and distributes refrigerators and produces household electrical appliances.
Location: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 3, Chonburi
Work hours: Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00
1. Develop and complete annual work plan consisting of Internal Audit, Internal Control Assessment, Quarterly Risk Assessment, monitoring of SOP establishment, Surprise Audit and other ad-hoc projects in consultation with team & stakeholders.
2. Perform internal audit and internal control projects, including reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls over operations, financial reporting, safeguarding of asset and regulatory compliance across all the businesses in the entity.
3. During planning phase, perform risk assessment and prepare audit programs for the areas to be covered.
4. During fieldwork, conduct interviews, perform sample testing and draft audit report with recommendation of corrective actions. Discuss with respective process owners about the audit observations, agreed action plans and remediation timeline.
5. Perform quarterly risk assessment using bottom-up approach and complete risk register which includes risk description, risk rating, potential risk impact & likelihood, risk owner, risk mitigation plan and etc.
6. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure gaps identified from internal audit, internal control and risk management activities are timely remediated.
7. Collaborate with all departments to ensure policies and procedures are in place for key business processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit or internal control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of risk-based auditing, internal control frameworks, and operational processes.
- Strong to communicate in English and Thai.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with audit tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site 6 days/week in Chonburi.
