รายละเอียดงานThis position is key position in the HR department.The main task is end-to-end recruiting operation, recruiting demand analysis -JD and job posting -CV screening and interveiw -Offering -Onboarding
1.Recruitment channel and platform operation
2.Recruiting requirements coordination and job posting
-coordinate with internal stakeholders for recruiting requirements and analyze the priority of requirements.
-JD maintenance
3.CV Screening and interview arrangement
4.New joiner information maintenance and on boarding preparation
Employee ID badges/Office equipment (e.g., laptops, desks)/System accounts and access permissions.
5.Recruiting data management and report outcome
-Track and analyze core recruitment KPIs.
-Forecast future headcount demand based on historical trends to support annual recruitment budgeting. Report to leadership on talent market trends (e.g., competitor hiring activity, salary benchmarks), providing early warnings and mitigation recommendations (e.g., adjusting employer branding strategies).
Compile weekly recruitment dashboards and generate monthly recruitment performance reports for stakeholder review.
Job Requirements:
-more than 1 year recruiting experience in FMCG industry or food&drink industry
-Fluent English speaking ability (Chinese is plus)
-Deeply passionate about the recruitment with a strong sense of responsibility
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive with good teamwork awareness and strong logical reasoning.
