Main Goal of job :
• Develop and improve the molding process for new and existing processes.
• Optimize mold injection parameter and analyze product quality by adapting the polymer or plastic technical knowledge combined with statistical analysis.
• Monitor and investigate the mold quality issue including mold dimensions issue and mold defect issue.
• Solve and improve the mold quality by applying engineering tools.
• Evaluate new polymer grade or new plastic grade to improve the mold defect and mold quality.
• Increase the mold productivity and maintain the mold machine performance.
• Train the plant operator and technician to understand the basic mold injection, polypropylene property and mold measurement.
• Issue document control, work standard, and Out of Control Action Plan.
• To perform all work within ISO 13485 regulated work environment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Industrial, Tools and Die Engineering or Any field related.
- Have knowledge about Injection Moulding will be advantage.
- Good in English communication, Reading and Writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Solid work.
