1.1 Research the latest BOI investment incentives in Thailand and assess whether the company's business meets the application requirements.
1.2 Prepare documents required for BOI certification (such as project feasibility reports, investment plans, financial statements, etc.) and lead the application process.
2、Government Liaison:
2.1 Maintain communication with Thai BOI offices, customs, and other government agencies to ensure compliance and secure maximum benefits.
2.2 Track the approval progress of BOI-related equipment, raw materials, and BOM (Bill of Materials), and coordinate to resolve issues during the review process.
2.3 Promptly cancel BOI raw material inventory after export to maintain optimal stock turnover rates (Max Stock).
3、Compliance Maintenance:
3.1 Ensure the company's operations continuously meet BOI approval conditions (e.g., investment amount, environmental requirements, etc.).
3.2 Regularly submit reports required by BOI (e.g., annual progress reports, tax-exempt imported equipment lists, etc.).
4、Management of Import/Export Documentation:
4.1 Prepare and review import/export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists—to be provided by the business department—certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.), ensuring compliance with Thai customs and BOI tax exemption policies.
4.2 Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers to resolve clearance discrepancies or issues.
5、Logistics Coordination:
5.1 Arrange international shipments (sea/air freight), track cargo status, and optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines.
5.2 Maintain records of bonded warehouse storage or BOI tax-exempt imported goods movement.
6、Compliance & Audits:
6.1 Ensure all documentation complies with Thailand’s Customs Act and BOI regulations, and facilitate internal/external audits.
