Strategic Leadership 1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals to increase market share, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. 2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. 3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies. Sales & Revenue Growth 1.Utilize innovative marketing approaches to support revenue growth across all business units, such as, group tours, event functions etc. Budget Management 1. Manage and control marketing expenses align with company policy. Partnership Development 1. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance marketing effort.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age between 35-45 years.
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred). MBA is advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction business
Experience in co-operate with the government sector, government agencies, and local administrative organizations will be advantage (esp. Department of Highways , Department of Rural Roads
