รายละเอียดงาน

1. Client Management & Communication •Act as the primary point of contact for high-level customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. •Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams. •Provide strategic consultation and project updates to clients, addressing concerns and presenting solutions proactively. •Foster long-term partnerships with key customers, enhancing trust and business growth. 2. Project Oversight & Execution •Oversee all ongoing projects across Marketing, R&D, QA, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and company objectives. •Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met without compromising quality or efficiency. •Identify risks and potential bottlenecks in projects, providing solutions to mitigate issues and maintain smooth operations. 3. Cross-Functional Team Management •Lead and manage Marketing, R&D, QA, and Purchasing teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency in workflow. •Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for each team to align with overall project objectives. •Monitor team workloads and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity. 4. Process Development & Optimization •Establish and implement structured workflows and communication protocols that allow seamless collaboration between teams. •Develop best practices and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for project execution, ensuring efficiency and consistency. •Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure high-quality project delivery. 5. Strategic Planning & Business Development •Work closely with top management to develop business strategies that align with company goals and market trends. •Analyze market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation in packaging solutions. •Contribute to product and service development strategies, ensuring the

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic leadership, preferably in the luxury packaging or related industry.
Strong background in client-facing roles, particularly dealing with high-level executives or luxury brands.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems, think strategically, and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Fluency in English and Thai (or French) is a plus.
