Job description Performance for Online Merchandising is primarily for supporting the e-commerce team to pull off performance in terms of sales and cost efficiency. He/She has to manage various paid marketing channels such as Google, Facebook and other programmatic platforms by optimizing paid online advertisements and providing insightful and transparent report and key insights that can be leveraged by business. In this role, he/she will get exposure to many facets of e-commerce including marketing, website analytics, finance, consumer’s digital footprints and other aspects of e-commerce. Online Advertising via Google/Facebook platforms to promote Online Channel and drive sales to business Coordinating among departments and inter-department for work and activities within E-commerce team Take leadership for an end-to-end process: Campaign Productions, Business Planning, Optimization, and Performance Review Analyze and optimize our facebook campaigns through the decision-making based on data and develop strategies to grow sales Research for and analyze competitor’s advertisement Provide ongoing report on ads performance to provide key insights to business Work with the e-commerce team to formulate and execute business strategies and trends

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving, decision-making, and supervisory abilities
Good interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude
Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office programs and Technology
