Job Overview:
The Head of Offline Business is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability for SliptoSleep’s
offline retail channels. This role involves overseeing store operations, managing relationships with key accounts and distributors,
optimizing retail performance, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in
retail management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to grow SliptoSleep’s offline sales channels,
including company-owned stores, pop-ups, and wholesale distribution.
- Sales & Performance Management: Drive same-store sales growth, optimize store layouts, and ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key Account & Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners,
distributors, and mall operators.
- Expansion & Location Development: Identify and secure new retail locations, negotiate lease agreements,
and oversee store openings.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory management,
merchandising, and staff training.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing offline sales and operations team.
- Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to develop in-store promotions, events, and collaborations
to attract customers and boost sales.
- Financial & P&L Management: Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability of offline channels.
- Customer Insights & Market Trends: Analyze customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to inform business
decisions."
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail management, business development, or a related field, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or home goods.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple stores, and drive sales growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and ability to develop long-term business strategies.
- Negotiation & Relationship Management: Experience in handling key accounts, landlords, and business partners.
- Operations Management: Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, staffing, and merchandising.
- Marketing Acumen: Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive store footfall and customer engagement.
- Financial Understanding: Basic knowledge of budgeting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges creatively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to stores in other provinces and occasionally visit stores at night as needed.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
