รายละเอียดงาน

1. Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials and components necessary to execute the Materials Requirement Plan, Production Schedules and Design Engineering builds when requested. 2.Plan and execute material releases to supplier through the Repetitive Purchasing System in an accurate and timely fashion. 3.Expedite supplier to support the production schedule when required. 4.Implement TPS system manufacturing techniques as related to material handling and control. Improve inventory turns 5.Coordinate material purchases with engineering changes to minimize exposure to obsolete inventory. 6.Forecast of mat's requirement (MRP) or part delivery scheduling (PDS), BOM + Monthly report and find out case of miss-plan and countermeasure 7. Able to control internal & external team 8. Can use Word and Excel very well. 9.ERP module

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related.
At least 1-2 years of procurement / production planning / material control or related fields. experience in automotive manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge required includes manufacturing operations, purchasing procedures and policies, materials planning (MRP) and analytical skills. Experience in TPS is preferred
Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
