รายละเอียดงานEnigma Recruitment are working with a client in a manufacturing company who are looking for an Assistant HR Manager who will support the team in full HR functions. This person will demonstrate strong leadership, precise organizational skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibility:
- Oversee and approve payroll processes and support payroll system.
- Help develop and enforce HR policies that comply with legal standards and promote a healthy workplace.
- Manage employee files and maintain HR databases accurately.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and encourage a positive work environment.
- Keep employees' data up-to-date and manage Employees' compensation and benefits.
- Oversee HR yearly budget and other reports that may be requested.
- Help the team with recruitment process.
- Any other duties assigned by management team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Good / Fluent in English. (Important)
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and have experience with payroll operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll programs. Knowledge in B Plus is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse HR tasks and communicate effectively with staff.
- Experience working in manufacturing company or familiar to the manufacturing environment.
