Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing MCs – Identify and recruit talented MCs suitable for livestreaming.
- MC Allocation – Assign MCs to appropriate livestream slots based on availability and suitability.
- Performance Monitoring – Track MC performance, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality presentation standards.
- MC Training & Development – Conduct training sessions to improve hosting skills and product presentation.
- Product Briefing – Prepare and deliver detailed product briefs to MCs to ensure they communicate key product features effectively.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Prior experience as an MC (Master of Ceremonies) is a plus.
- Background in eCommerce, livestreaming, or digital marketing.
- Strong management and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions (data tracking, reporting, scheduling).
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
