Job Responsibilities:
一、行政管理
Administrative Management
1、制度建设
根据公司发展战略和泰国当地法律法规,组织制定、完善公司行政管理规章制度,包括但不限于办公秩序、文件管理、会议管理、资产管理等制度,并确保制度的有效执行与监督。
1、Administrative system
Based on the company's development strategy and local laws and regulations in Thailand, organize the formulation and improvement of the company's administrative management regulations, including but not limited to regulations on office order, document management, meeting management, asset management, etc., and ensure the effective implementation and supervision of these regulations.
2、流程优化
定期对公司行政工作流程进行梳理和优化,提高行政工作效率和服务质量。
2、Process Optimization
Regularly review and optimize the company's administrative work processes to improve administrative efficiency and service quality.
3、文件与档案管理
统筹公司各类文件的收发、登记、传阅、归档和保管工作,确保文件传递的及时性和准确性,档案管理的规范性和安全性。
3、Document and Archive Management
Take charge of the company's document handling, including receipt, registration, circulation, archiving, and storage of various documents, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of document transmission, as well as the standardization and security of archive management.
4、会议与活动组织
组织公司各类会议和活动,包括会议的筹备、议程安排、会议记录、会议纪要的撰写与发布等,以及活动的策划、组织实施和效果评估。
4、Meeting and Event Organization
Organize various company meetings and events, including meeting preparation, agenda arrangement, meeting record-keeping, and distribution of meeting minutes, as well as planning, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation of events.
5、办公环境管理
负责公司办公场所的日常管理,包括办公区域的清洁卫生、安全保卫、设施设备维护等工作,营造良好的办公环境。
5、Office Environment Management
Be responsible for the daily management of the company's office premises, including cleaning, security, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, to create a good working environment.
6、行政其他工作
紧急备用金管理,行政采购、食堂、车队等的日常管理,开发管理供应商。
6、Other Administrative Work
Manage the emergency petty cash, handle daily administrative procurement, canteen, fleet management, and develop and manage suppliers.
