รายละเอียดงาน
• Work closely with the Production team as well as suppliers to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. It involves setting up company standards and procedures, planning, conducting audits, and addressing any findings to improve operations.
• Develop Product Quality Assurance Plan for new and outgoing products, oversee the operations of inspectors in compliance with the inspection requirements.
• Product/process audits of production and assemblies’ lines to verify the product and process in compliance with specifications and working instructions.
• Establish inspection plans to ensure product and components in compliance with drawing and test standard, qualify and approve the admission of productions.
• Quality test plans for new product development and product changes, as the facilitator to participate in design review such as FMEA, arrange reliability test, verify pilot run samples and test data, and follow up the quality issues until they are closed.
• Drive/lead resolutions of quality issues on customer complaints, defects out of outgoing inspections and nonconformities out of manufacturing process.
• Review supplier’s quality data and manage supplier quality performance, schedule supplier quality process audit to ensure the operations comply with industry practice and customer’s requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Engineer (QA/QC) or related field.
- Good knowledge and skills in Quality Management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English and Thai in communication.
- Able to work on Saturday (Flexible).
