-Strengthen employer branding and attract qualified candidates by enhancing the quality and effectiveness of recruitment channels.
-Oversee the onboarding process, including the new employee orientation program, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure new hires are well-prepared to begin their roles and successfully complete the probation period.
-Support the HR & Administration Manager in working with managers/Supervisor on conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
-Provide counseling services to employees, promote employee engagement, and ensure that managers foster inclusive and supportive environments for their teams.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
