รายละเอียดงาน
1. Mould management and control, mould use, maintenance, repair, production approval, declaration, supervision and execution;
2. Timely and accurate grasp of mold usage and production quality issues, assist the production department in solving mold problems during production, and ensure smooth production;
3. Develop plans and budgets for mold repair and new mold making, and ensure they are completed on time;
4. Analyze and improve the mold structure and injection molding process, and continuously improve the process flow and plastic part quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or major in machinery or mold design is preferred; or related field.
- More than 5 years of working experience in the same position.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and PRO/E drawing software.
- Have good communication skills and team awareness.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, honesty and trustworthy, courage to make decisions and take responsibility, strong principles, strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and team leadership.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
