รายละเอียดงาน
- To control First set-up products (Product Release Form) before serial production are meet inspection standard. And Release.
- Control non-conforming product are proper controlled and meet quality procedure.
- Control inspector incoming material, in-process, out-going to ensure there are follow inspection STD.
- Control and monitoring all NC/NCIR notice issue and response for timely closure. And follow procedure.
- To ensure inspection method has training to Inspector for understand inspection STD.
- Update Inspection STD to match with really working.
- Summarized Cp & Cpk for SC point and verified to meet customer requirement.
- Ensure proper maintenance instrument measurement, parts approve sample, First set-up/Start-up and updated.
- Support team new model by inspection and measuring parts based on drawing.
- Liaison work with team operate to solve the problem of waste from production
- Liaison with customers and suppliers on matters pertaining to quality issues.
- Verify the product when customer’s complaints, customer returns.
- Manage and execute project ( duties ) as assigned by QA Supervisor/QA Engineer
- Weekly and Monthly Summary for in-process & outgoing and 100% inspection report.
- Follow up on documents to ensure compliance with requirements
- Prepare product documents that are not in accordance with the requirements with follow-up and corrective actions
- Establish and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices.
