Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Establish, maintain and develop relationship with existing & new potential customers.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Prepare service material and Get requirement.
- Response customer proposals and quotes.
- Owner of Proposal and related documents such as SOC (statement of compliance), CV, competitor, and Company Documents.
- Maintain pipeline and status of each app and lead.
- Seeking solution or service related to customer requirement.
- Help customers resolve problems and Issues related to scope, time, and cost conflicts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position: Presales
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Preparing technical document in response to Request for Proposal, Requests for Information and etc.
- Providing Security related, technical consult to customers.
- Supporting Sales Team in term of technical presentation, demonstration and recommendation.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Coordinating with after sales service team to ensure that the solution is delivered to customer as designed.
- Seeking solution or service related to customer requirement.
- Help customers resolve problems and Issues related to scope.
