🔹 Order & Documentation Management: Prepare and process purchase request and other related documentation for spares part trading operations
🔹 Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, while monitoring shipment progress
🔹 Supplier & Partner Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers, customers, and service providers to facilitate smooth business operations
🔹 Payment & Financial Processing: Coordinate payment request to internal team and follow up with transactions in alignment with company policies
🔹 Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all documents comply with company policies and relevant regulations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male or Female age not over than 45 years old
- 2 years experience with Machine/ Spares part business is a plus
- Co-Ordinate with Customer for after sales service
- Assist to Service manager in selling service contract and spares part quotation
- Dealing with Company supplier for quotation
- Daily Service engineer planing schedule
- Spares part order data analysis report
- Computer Literate (Ms Office, Powerpoint, Internet, e-mail ect.)
- Good in Writen and Spoken English with Native Thai spelling and typing
- Service mind and Positive "Can Do" attitude
