รายละเอียดงาน
QA Engineer
1.Establish and transfer product quality requirements/criteria to company inside such as inspection criteria, ORT plan etc.
2. Participate in ECN review, approval and implementation follow up
3.Lead team to drive the solution of internal and external product quality and quality related problem
4.Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
5.Prepare related FAI/MSOP/outgoing report according to customer's requirement
6. Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint
7. Compile weekly or monthly reports and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
8. Lead products LQ ,prepare LQ MIL and implemented corrective action to meet yield target
9. Perform MES related system control configuration and verification
10.Any other duties that supervisor assigned
QA Supervisor
1. Supervise the daily operation, personnel/machinery/materials/methods/environment/safety of the department;
2. Coordinate with relevant departments for product
3. Manage and direct QA inspectors to perform the daily function of inspection;
4. Review inspection criteria and requirements together with PQM, and training inspectors to continuously improve inspection skills
5. Check records and database system maintenance and optimization
6. Manage, maintain and develop fixtures and equipment for IPQA inspection
7. Review inspection method and analyze inspection data
8. Plan work areas for QA
9.IPQA missed analysis improvement, DPPM monitoring
10. Promote the improvement of station projects
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering;
- At least 2 years’ working experience in quality control/management;
- Familiar with project quality plan, new product introduction or project manangement
- Familiar with FPCB/FPCBA/CCS fabrication, SMT manufacturing and quality engineering are preferred
- Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA ,Minitab and FMEA and control plan
- Knowledge with RoHS, ISO9001 or TS16949;
- Good English communication in both spoken and writting; Chinese communication skill is preferred
- Good computer skills like Microsoft Office Work, Excel, Powerpoint
- Familiar with IPC series standards (IPC-610, IPC-6013 and IPC-TM-650 etc)
- Good team player and have the experience in handling customer.
