Our client is a Future of Energy. Embedded with the social conscience and responsibility to provide products of the utmost dependable quality whether it be for Energy gases, Renewable, Alternative Fuels, Hydrogen, Compressed or Medical gases.
Salary: 40,000-50,000 THB/Month (Total Package)
Job responsibility:
1.Strategic planning:
-Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for production, supply chain or logistic operations to meet business objectives.
-Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set target for planning and operations.
2.Production Planning:
-Create and maintain production schedules, considering capacity, resources and inventory levels.
-Collaborate with production teams to ensure that production targets are met.
3.Demand Forecasting:
-Analyze market trends, customer demand and historical data to forecast product demand.
-Adjust production and inventory plans based on demand fluctuations.
4.Operational Coordination:
-Ensure the smooth flow of materials and information between different departments and stakeholders.
-Coordinate activities across the supply chain including procurement, production and distribution.
5.Process Improvement:
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in planning and production operations.
-Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
6.Resource Allocation:
-Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment and materials to meet production and supply chain demands.
7.Data Analysis and reporting:
-Collect, analyze and report data on planning and operational performance.
-Prepare regular reports for senior management to track KPIs and progress
working on Monday to Friday: 8.00-17.00

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 35-45 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or Engineering is a must
- At least 5 years experience of Planning in production from Manufacturing industry is a must
- At least 3 years for team management and set KPIs is a must
- Background of SAP or ERP programs is a must
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar to direct report with a foreigner.
- knows of ISO 9001
- Good attitude, willing to learn, quick learner and able to decision making.
- working 5 days/week at Kratumbaen, Samutsakorn
- Resume : English is a must !!!!!
