รายละเอียดงาน
-Oversee and manage all operations of the Domino’s Pizza manufacturing plant.
-Plan, control, and optimize production processes to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
-Manage costs, resource utilization, and production efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety).
-Lead and develop the production team, fostering a positive work culture and motivation.
-Monitor and report on performance, analyzing data to improve Processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in factory or production management (preferably in the food or FMCG industry).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety standards.
- Strong analytical, planning, and cost management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Fluency in English will be an advantage.
