รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the production line, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment upgrades
- Analyse production data and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to minimise downtime and maximise output
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to address and resolve issues that impact the production line
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production line equipment, maintenance best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Thai and English languages, both written and verbal
