คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use sales metrics to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Own vehicle preferred
