- Prepare client presentations, including high-level financial analysis and options reports.
- Oversee transaction management and coordinate with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
- Assist in securing sole agency appointments in industrial landlord representation projects.
- Research and generate market intelligence while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database.
- Create proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and client lists.
- Generate and manage property listings.
- Provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
- Support senior leadership in strategic business initiatives.
