Responsible for the entire BOI process in accordance with BOI rules and regulations - monitoring the progress of BOI inspections - preparing documents and submitting them to the relevant departments; Assist companies in implementing BOI privileges and customs clearance (import and export) / foreign trade conditions and tax refunds.
Organize overseas shipments according to the given shipping instructions and be able to arrange shipments efficiently and in a timely manner by various modes of transport; Perform quality checks on goods, maintain all invoices and transaction records.
All business partners (e.g., government departments, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, shipping and customs teams, transport subcontractors and warehouse teams) plan, negotiate and coordinate to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Responsible for the return and exchange of purchased varieties.
Responsible for monthly reconciliation and rebate to suppliers.
ollow up and confirm the materials that come back every day, pay attention to inventory and sales in a timely manner, ensure that there is no shortage of stock, and ensure that the company has normal turnover and no material breakage.
Grasp the market situation, select the best procurement, establish the procurement contract, the acceptance list, the evaluation of suppliers and other files collation and collection. And maintain a good relationship with suppliers.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree or above
- More than 1 year of work experience, and have experience in the same position, especially BOI experience
- BOI training related certificates
- Proficient in Office (word, excel, PPT), SAP operation.
- Know the raw materials of the packaging industry, understand the market supply and demand information, and ensure that the purchased goods are of high quality and low price.
- English can be used for daily communication
