* Understand key target audiences and research for appropriate media channels.
* Demonstrate a proactive mindset, stay ahead of industry and explore on trends in media consumption and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
* Foster creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative media approaches.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution
* Plan multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
* Manage media budgets and optimize spending to maximize budget efficiency.
* Negotiate with media vendors to secure cost-effective placements and partnerships.
* Compile and analyze relevant metrics and KPIs on an ongoing basis in order to optimize media plans, assess media alternatives and make informed decisions
3. Performance Analysis
* Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, reach, engagement, conversions, GRPs, spot times.
* Use data to refine strategies and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
* Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams.
4. Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
* Manage media agency for better coordination and execution, as well as performance review and negotiation.
* Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, or partnerships that can enhance media effectiveness.
5. Compliance and Best Practices
* Ensure all media plans comply with industry regulations and company standards with accuracy.
* Adopt best practices for audience targeting, privacy compliance, and data security.
