Talent & Succession Planning •Identify key talents and high-potential employees across the organization. •Develop and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in alignment with career paths and succession strategies. •Monitor and follow up on development progress, providing insights and reports to stakeholders. •Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of talent strategies with business needs. Training & Development Programs •Design, implement, and manage training programs via both online (Learning Management System – LMS) and offline (classroom, workshops) platforms. •Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver effective learning solutions. •Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data. •Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on employee needs and industry best practices. Culture & Core Values •Drive initiatives to embed the company’s culture and core values across all levels of the organization. •Organize campaigns, events, or communication plans that promote cultural alignment and employee engagement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working (Monday to Friday, weekends off)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in Talent Development, Training, or HR Development roles.
Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, learning methodologies, and succession planning.
Experience in managing LMS platforms and delivering blended learning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
