รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
User Support
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, or phone calls from end-users experiencing technical issues. Assist users with hardware and
software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provide clear and concise instructions to users to help
them resolve common issues. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or appropriate teams as needed.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems to identify the root cause. Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting,
ensuring timely issue resolution. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system
updates, patches, and driver installations. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and track equipment status.
- Meeting room facilities readiness for all meeting.
User Training:
- Provide basic training to users on IT tools and applications. Create and update user documentation and knowledge base articles.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Assist in implementing security best practices, such as user access
management and antivirus updates.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve IT infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information and provide status updates.
