Responsibilities
1. Monitoring, problem solving and maintenance virtual security patch platform.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of business super critical and business critical application such as system uptime, mean time to resolution (MTTR), and incident frequency and regularly analyze these metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement based on historical incidents and trends.
3. Track operation efficiency consists of implement and maintain system to track the efficiency of IT operations especially license utilization, security compliance and Hardware/Software Life Cycle management consist of HW/SW obsolescence, Security patch management, Preventive maintenance, Tech refresh hardware/software, hardware decommission and write off.
4. Analyze and Optimize IT Processes standard and tool consists of evaluate current IT operations processes, standard, tool and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness consist of deploy operate and maintenance state.
5. Modernize comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
6. Perform IT cost optimization such as consolidating Majority IT MA whole IT organize for volume matric power negotiation.
7. Vendor management consists of monitoring vendor performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
8. Improve manual to be automated.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT.
- Proficiency in developing, writing, and testing code in oracle SQL, PostgreSQL ,back-end programming , performance report by using tableau and power BI.
- Experience in problem solving, data analysis and root cause analysis identification.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of infrastructure, network, database.
- Good interpersonal skills, logical communication, and active attitude.
