1.According to the company's development strategy and business needs, to make HR planning and safeguard human resources for the company; participate in the formulation of human resources strategy ,and to promote the continuous improvement of human resources management of the company in Thailand;
2.Handle the procedures of employee onboarding, leaving, transferring, etc., and maintaining good employee relations;
3.Design and organize staff training programs to enhance the professional skills and overall quality of employees;
4.Develop and implement the compensation and benefits policies of the company in Thailand, and ensure that employees' compensation and benefits match the performance of the company and its market level;
5.Establish and maintain the performance management system of the company in Thailand, formulate performance indicators and appraisal standards, organize performance evaluation and feedback, and promote the improvement of employee performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree and above, with academic background in human resource management, psychology, sociology and other related majors;
- Have previous HR working experience, familiar with human resource management regulations and practices in Thailand;
- Excellent abilities to learn and adapt, able to quickly adapt to different working environments and cultures;
- Be able to use Thai-English or Thai -Chinese proficiently to communicate at work, and be able to read and comprehend relevant HR documents and materials;
- Equipped with an extraordinary sense of responsibility, professionalism and good work ethics, attentive to details and accuracy, capable of keeping business secrets of the company .
