รายละเอียดงาน1.According to the company's development strategy and business needs, to make HR planning and safeguard human resources for the company; participate in the formulation of human resources strategy ,and to promote the continuous improvement of human resources management of the company in Thailand;
2.Handle the procedures of employee onboarding, leaving, transferring, etc., and maintaining good employee relations;
3.Design and organize staff training programs to enhance the professional skills and overall quality of employees;
4.Develop and implement the compensation and benefits policies of the company in Thailand, and ensure that employees' compensation and benefits match the performance of the company and its market level;
5.Establish and maintain the performance management system of the company in Thailand, formulate performance indicators and appraisal standards, organize performance evaluation and feedback, and promote the improvement of employee performance.
