รายละเอียดงาน
1.Customer reception and demand analysis
Responsible for receiving visiting clients, introducing project advantages, layout, prices, and preferential policies.
Understand customer housing needs, provide professional housing advice, and match suitable housing options.
2.Sales negotiation and transaction facilitation
Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships through phone, WeChat, face-to-face meetings, and other means.
Answer customer questions, handle objections, and use sales skills to facilitate transactions.
Assist clients in completing the process of purchasing a house, including subscription, contract signing, and loan processing.
3.Market Expansion and Customer Development
Explore new customers through online and offline channels such as referrals from existing customers, community promotion, social media, etc.
Participate in real estate promotion events, exhibitions, and other activities to expand the project's influence.
4.Sales data management and reporting
Record customer follow-up status and update CRM system in a timely manner.
Regularly report sales progress, customer feedback, and market competition dynamics to the supervisor.
5.After sales service and customer maintenance
Assist in handling follow-up matters such as customer handover and inspection, and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain old customer relationships, promote repeat purchases or referrals.

- Provide a competitive commission system within the industry.
- Provide sales training.
