It is being fully responsible for the overall operations of clients’ process production, enforcing organization standards, and developing staff to achieve optimum plant efficiency and the highest level of quality and conformity
Manage overall production as a quality target, following the company's quality control systems, processes, and procedures
Responsible for production plan and budget and managing overall production to achieve its target
Set up schedule and procedure for operation.
Manage process equipment routine inspections during normal operation and special inspections during turnarounds to maintain facility assets
Responsible as a head of the committee of problem-solving and troubleshooting to identify root causes and quickly, effectively solve the problems.
To check if the production is going well.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Production management in electronic manufacturing
- Experience working in the manufacturing sector, especially working within an international environment. (Chinese / English environment will be advantaged).
- Management experience and strong negotiation skills with a progressive hands-on management style.
- Good command of the English language
- Dynamic thinking and a positive proactive attitude
- Work 6 days per week
