This position is located in Bali, Indonesia. On the island of Nusa Lembongan. The venue is Thai Pantry, a busy fast paced 60 seat restaurant part of Playgrounds Wave Lodge Hotel. Assistant Restaurant Manger - Excellent Guest Service skills - High English level - Knowledgeable for reporting, training, standard operating procedures - Experienced operating a busy floor We have x 2 Thai Chefs in the kitchen that have been with us for 2 and 3 years employment. The island of Nusa Lembongan is located approximately 20 to 30 minutes from Bali by boat. It is a small island but can be very busy with tourists.
