รายละเอียดงานRole and Responsibilities:
- Experiences in sales support or administration area.
- Good skill in multitasking operation.
- Responsible for the day to day supporting of the sales operations such as transactions, documentations, agreement proposals, sales files, sales orders, sales weekly & monthly reports, prepare company document for bidding, prepare purchase request, collect vendor database lists, create sales minute of meeting and other assignments in sales administration area.
- Monitoring bidding announcement, able to gather all direct and indirect market data or competitor information.
- Work closely with the Sales and Management team to deal with assigned project or other functions, coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure that sales to CRM cycle is completed to send customer satisfaction form when project finish, collect project reference letters.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Enhanced ability to do tele-sales function is a plus.
