•Developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies and processes to support the overall business objectives
•Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
•Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
•Overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution
•Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
•Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
•Collaborating with the leadership team to shape the company culture and employee engagement initiatives
