รายละเอียดงาน
- Overall responsibility for production readiness of new Test Handling system including test hardware & product qualification
- Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability.
- Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance & drive cost effective PM program by managing Operating Supply and PM cost within budget Document and maintain detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyze & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate.
- Strategize & Plan machine overhaul & reconditioning based on need and usage.
- Develop equipment and tools work instruction & manage training for operator, technician and engineer as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering of Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Experience 0-5 years for engineer and 5+ years for senior position as Product/Process/Equipment Engineering in Electronic, SMT or PCBA.
- Fresh graduates who can demonstrate great aptitude & keen interest may be considered.
- Have basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWork.
- Good practice on Microsoft power point and Excel.
- Good command of English both written, Speaking and Listening.
- Good knowledge on SMT and PCB for process control and quality improvement.
