Establishing and improving the department management system, Bulding production process system and department, make clear responsibilities of each position and guiding the work of each position,
Mornitor and managing various position to complete the work.
Quality, delivery, and cost target, make sure the company's capacity is up to standard, meet the market demand.
Focus on manufacturing competitiveness, providing lean manufacturing system.
Manufaturing analysis and control to under target.
Management of employee morale.
