Job responsibility:
This role is responsible for supporting international sales operations, managing customer communication via email, and preparing sales reports.
- Coordinate with international customers through professional email communication.
- Prepare and manage export detail and shipping schedules.
- Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and order processing.
- Prepare regular sales reports for internal use and management.
- Ensure all export procedures comply with regulations and company standards.
- Communicate with logistics providers and internal departments for smooth delivery.
Working on Monday to Friday with 2 Sat/Month : 8.30-17.30
