รายละเอียดงาน
- Perform conceptual design, basic engineering design, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), and detailed engineering design as the Process Lead when required.
- Prepare Process Engineering Design Calculations and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to meet project requirements.
- Conduct Process Engineering Simulations, including Heat and Material Balances.
- Prepare Process Equipment Datasheets, specifications, and manage vendor packages in coordination with related teams.
- Prepare Process Instrument Datasheets and ensure all design work meets project requirements.
- Create Process Engineering Drawings such as PFD, P&ID, ESD diagrams, and C&E diagrams.
- Develop and compile Process Engineering Reports, including Process Design Basis, Process Simulation Reports, Operating, Shutdown & Control Philosophy, and Process Operating Manuals.
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) for process and safety engineering-related studies involving external agencies/sub-contractors.
- Review vendor drawings and process-related documents for quality assurance and technical accuracy.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning processes when required.
- Ensure all engineering design deliverables are within the scope of the project, meeting technical, quality, contractual, and execution requirements.
- Assist the Project Engineering Manager in preparing quality assurance plans and other necessary project documentation.
- Prepare and track final deliverables, project schedules, and budgets for process engineering aspects.
- Assign tasks to the Design Team and monitor progress to meet project deliverables.
- Maintain adequate flow of design information within the project team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the project.
- Liaise with the Project Engineering Manager and Client to assess and address all technical project needs. •Manage in-house interfaces with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams related to process engineering.•Create and maintain quality EDN
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, and petrochemical plants, both offshore and onshore projects.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in a lead engineering role.
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Flarenet, Pipenet, FlareSim, HTRI).
- Strong knowledge of design codes and standards (e.g., API, NFPA).
- Chemical Engineer Professional Certification is a plus.
- Experience in gathering engineering inputs, preparing specifications, datasheets, and technical reports independently.
- Ability to handle Licensor/Technology Packagers and process safety assessments autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of material selection and specification in process design
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
