รายละเอียดงาน
- Install, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual servers, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Supercomputers.
- Install and configure software and hardware to support the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Monitor server performance and optimize resource usage for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and manage server security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption protocols.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies for server environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to servers and associated systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for server configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and internal IT team members.
- Perform daily system and network monitoring to ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Review system and application logs and verify the successful completion of scheduled tasks such as data backups, both on-premises and in cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot system, storage, and network-related problems, and resolve hardware or software failures.
- Provide technical consulting, support, system administration, and troubleshooting in response to organizational requirements.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks' performance, storage, and security.
- Perform data backups, system restoration, and recovery operations as needed.
- Ensure robust security by managing access controls, backup protocols, and firewall configurations.
- Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and user manuals as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer or related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT Engineer or the related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, server network and solve technical issues.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, Unix System (Solaris), VMware ESX, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database
