รายละเอียดงาน
•Prepare Datasheets, Specifications, and Requisitions for major Rotating Equipment and packages, coordinating with other disciplines to obtain necessary inputs. •Conduct Technical Bid Evaluations for vendor offers related to Rotating Equipment and packages. Review vendor drawings and technical offers. •Carry out inspections, attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for Rotating Equipment & packages as required. •Support Production and Brownfield teams with the installation and pre-commissioning of Rotating Equipment and packages. •Ensure adherence to all technical, quality, contractual, and execution requirements within the project, and coordinate with the design team. •Assist the Project Engineering Manager in the preparation of QA Plans and other project tasks. •Prepare and manage Final Deliverable Lists, Project Schedules, and Budgets for the mechanical engineering aspects of the project. •Responsible for preparing and issuing key mechanical engineering documents. •Assign tasks to the Design Team, ensuring adequate flow of design information and meeting project deliverable requirements. •Monitor the delivery of Engineering Design Deliverables within the agreed schedule and budget. •Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports for the project. •Work closely with the Project Engineering Manager and Client to review and address all project needs and technical aspects. •Provide inputs to inter-discipline interfaces and external agencies (e.g., T&I, Certification). •Manage all in-house interfaces with Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams. •Close out Holds and Punch-lists related to the discipline. •Initiate and manage discipline-related EDNs, TQs, KDCRs, IDNs, etc., to maintain quality and control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. •Male/Female applicants are welcome to apply.
  2. •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  3. •At least 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Design, with 12 years in Oil & Gas, refinery, and petrochemical plants (both Offshore and Onshore projects).
  4. •Minimum of 5 years of experience at a supervisory level.
  5. •Mechanical Engineer Professional Certification is an advantage.
  6. •PMP Certification is a plus.
  7. •12 - 15 years of experience in handling Rotating Equipment and Packages, including compressors, turbines, and engines, with 8-10 years specifically in Oil & Gas projects.
  8. •At least 6 - 8 years of experience in a Lead Engineer role.
  9. •Extensive hands-on experience in the design, selection, and engineering of Rotating Equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.) and process and utility packages.
