- Provide all administrative tasks to support sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth workflow coordination, including delivery scheduling and customer requirements. - Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. - Handle essential documentation, including sales orders, input purchase order data into the system, and other administrative paperwork. - Does any necessary administrative work, including filing reports with necessary documents such as weekly or monthly updates or ad-hoc tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or related
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Experience with any CRM software; familiarity or Salesforce is an advantage
Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate challenges and solutions clearly
Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded
