รายละเอียดงาน
1. Create a rolling Master Production Plan for designated products.
2. Update Master Production Plan as necessary.
3. Develop inventory targets and schedule production plan to sustain targeted inventory levels.
4. Utilize the production capacity based on the sales forecast, historical sales, product availability, and new business opportunities.
5. Coordinate with plant schedulers to execute Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
6. Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan.
7. Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels in ensure high service levels.
8. Including monitor write-off of RM/PM if there is any transition.
9. Monitor transition plan for current sku vs replacement sku or initiative sku.
10. Support the S&OP process meetings to review service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field related to Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
- With at least 3 years work experience in Planning and Inventory Control.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office software. Preferably knowledgeable in use of SAP.
- Can communicate well in Thai and in English (written & spoken).
- Knowledge in Logistics / Supply Chain.
